Strategic Planning for Visionary Leaders: An 8-Week Accelerator

    • Christiamilda Correa, Board President & Founder, LiberArte - Impact strategist, award-winning and seasoned event marketer, fundraiser, and professional actress with over 15 years of experience in the corporate and non-profit sectors.

  • Time Commitment: 3–4 hours. (2hr live session and 1-2 hours of independent work)

  • Weekly Meeting Time: Live sessions on Thursdays, starting May 1st. Sessions will be 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET / 3:00PM - 5:00pm PT

  • Journey Costs: Total Value: $12,276 . Scholarship and payment plans are available.

  • Payment Plan: 25% due upon confirmation of enrollment with 3 biweekly payments

Scholarship: Based on availability, full and partial scholarships will be awarded to individuals demonstrating financial need, alignment with program goals, commitment to full participation, and potential for significant community impact. A request for a scholarship can be indicated in the enrollment form.

Journey Description

This 8-week accelerator offers tailored support to arts and culture leaders of the global majority. This program is ideal for New Earth Leaders. These are the leaders who create a better world whether they are growing organizations, developing community-driven projects, or launching visionary ideas. Participants will receive comprehensive guidance to develop a strategic plan that aligns their mission, vision, and creative goals with actionable steps for impactful social change.

This program guides participants to:

  • Accelerate Growth: Gain confidence and clarity to build and scale visionary projects.

  • Strengthen Leadership: Cultivate skills to navigate decolonized, equity-driven power structures.

  • Build Resilience: Foster creative sustainability through strategic planning and collaborative support.

    • Week 0: Orientation - “Foundations for Success” - Exploring benefits to strategic planning for a Creative Disruptor of the Global Majority; Reflecting on individual and collective goals for the journey.

    • Week 1: Mission, Vision, and Values - “Visioning & Awareness” - Clarify your purpose, long-term vision, and guiding principles; Use storytelling to articulate your mission effectively.

    • Week 2: SWOT Analysis - “Shadow Work & Improvement” - Identify Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats for your organization or idea; Learn how to leverage strengths and address weaknesses for growth.

    • Week 3: Theory of Change - “Purpose & Awakening”  - Map the outcomes you seek and the steps to achieve them; Develop a framework for measuring impact through strategic priorities.

    • Week 4: Decolonizing Power Structures - “Evolution & Development” - Examine traditional hierarchies, organizational structures and their limitations; Reimagine your leadership through equity, inclusion, and shared power for a new kind of structure.

    • Week 5: Stakeholder Feedback - “Community & Embodiment”  - Engage community voices in shaping your plan; Building reciprocal relationships with stakeholders.

    • Week 6: Accountability Partners - “Action & Impact” - Establishing accountability systems for measuring progress and impact; Cultivating peer support for ongoing motivation and success; Synthesizing insights from previous weeks into a cohesive strategic plan.

    • Week 7: Budgeting For Values - “Creativity & Organization” - Align your financial plan with your values by translating your vision into your numbers; Harness your creativity and newfound clarity to confidently organize and manage resources.

    • Week 8: Culmination & Celebration - “Celebrating Wins” - Share final plans to the cohort and invited guests; Reflect on personal growth and next steps.
